ABSTRACT: Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are one of the most encouraging designs in third-generation thin-film photovoltaics. They offer several appropriate properties including high absorption, tunable bandgap, and long carrier diffusion length and can be fabricated easily and inexpensively by solution processing.
