dc.description.abstractRESUMEN: El fin perseguido con el trabajo desarrollado es llegar a un escenario global de sostenibilidad energética para Madrid 2030, en el que el parque inmobiliario municipal llegue a ser 100% autosuficiente, abastecido por energías renovables y con cero emisiones. La presente Hoja de Ruta tiene un horizonte temporal hasta el año 2030 y presenta como objetivos generales: conseguir la autosuficiencia energética del parque inmobiliario municipal, lograr un suministro de energía 100% renovable y alcanzar emisiones cero en los edificios del Ayuntamiento de Madrid. La consecución de los objetivos de esta Hoja de Ruta requiere, obligatoriamente, considerar dos variables. Por un lado, la variable de la eficiencia energética, enmarcada dentro de un Escenario de Eficiencia 2030 (EE-2030). La segunda variable sería la autosuficiencia energética, enmarcada dentro de un Escenario de Autosuficiencia (EA-2030). Este escenario define la potencia necesaria y su ubicación para que todo el consumo energético de los edificios del parque inmobiliario municipal sea cubierto con instalaciones de generación de electricidad con fuentes renovables.pt_PT
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT: The objective is to arrive at a global energy sustainability scenario for Madrid 2030, in which the municipal real estate park becomes 100% self-sufficient, supplied by renewable energy and with net zero emissions. This Roadmap has a time horizon to 2030 and its general objectives are: to achieve energy self-sufficiency in the municipal real estate stock, achieve a 100% renewable energy supply and zero emissions in buildings of Madrid City Council. The achievement of the objectives of this Roadmap requires, mandatorily, to consider two variables. On the one hand, the energy efficiency variable, within a 2030 Efficiency Scenario (EE-2030). The second variable would be energy self-sufficiency, within a Self-Sufficiency Scenario (EA-2030). This scenario defines the required power and location for the entire energy consumption of buildings of the municipal housing stock is covered with electricity generation facilities from renewable sources.pt_PT
