Abstract(s)
ABSTRACT: This report presents the dissemination activities conducted in the scope of TradeRES project during the last 10 months, and the main highlights of the overall project. The content of this report follows the dissemination and exploitation plan (D7.2) and corresponds to an update of the information reported in the previous editions of the progress dissemination report (D7.4 – Dissemination Activity Report). This report describes the key target groups and the key performance indicators (KPI) achieved at the end of the project - general promotion of the project, social media, traditional media promotion and communication of regular news and announcements, publication in scientific journals, special book chapters and participation in workshops and international conferences, organization of scientific events, conferences, workshops, thesis, and
dissemination material. Finally, an analysis of the most relevant activities and KPIs is presented in the conclusions. During the development of the project, there was the need to revise the accounting methodology, at the beginning of the 4th year, and the new metrics were applied to the whole duration of the activities.
The extension period that was granted to the project, proved to be very valuable, as it allowed for a more comprehensive dissemination of the outcomes, provided additional time to achieve efficient and accurate results, and enabled the preparation of dissemination materials in a more robust manner. The last year of the project was very productive enable to address some KPIs that were missing and further enhance others. In addition, although the great majority of the KPIs were already achieved at the beginning of the last reporting
period, the extension of the project, enabled to overcome the foreseen outcome. For example, it was possible to publish 40 conference papers and 40 journal papers, in both cases 100% above the targets outlined in the plan.
