RESUMO: No sentido de colmatar as lacunas existentes nos países do sul da Europa, nomeadamente ultrapassar o desafio da carência de formadores qualificados no Ensino e Formação Profissional (EPF) aptos a dar formação em competências “Verdes” na indústria da construção, foi lançado o projeto europeu BuS.Trainers. Foi financiado pelo programa ERASMUS+ e incluído na ação Aliança de Competências Setoriais (Sector Skills Alliances) para o ensino e formação profissional. O projeto foi coordenado pela Fundación Laboral de la Construcción (FLC - Espanha) e teve início em dezembro de 2016 e conclusão em janeiro de 2020, tendo participado em regime de consórcio, onze entidades de cinco países europeus: Espanha, Grécia, Itália, Malta e Portugal. Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar a metodologia geral e os resultados obtidos através da participação de Portugal no projeto BuS.Trainers.
ABSTRACT: In order to fill the gaps in southern European countries, namely to overcome the challenge of the lack of qualified trainers in Vocational Education and Training (VET) able to provide training in “Green” skills in the construction industry sector, the European project BuS.Trainers was launched. It was funded by the ERASMUS + program and included in the Sector Skills Alliances action for vocational education and training. The project was coordinated by Fundación Laboral de la Construcción (FLC - Spain), started in December 2016 and concluded in January 2020, having participated in a consortium scheme eleven entities from five European countries: Spain, Greece, Italy, Malta and Portugal.
